Bryan Delaney

Bryan Delaney is an Ottawa family law and real estate lawyer and the founder of Delaney's Law Firm. Since 2006, his firm has helped clients with matters related to real estate law, personal injury litigation, family law, alternative dispute resolution, commercial real estate law and appellate advocacy. He has appeared at various tribunals and courts across Ontario and has handled thousands of real estate transactions on behalf of clients.

Bryan is an extremely effective advocate who is well-known by the judges in Ottawa for his clarity and preparation in the courtroom. Bryan always tries to settle disputes at a minimal cost to clients. When forced into the courtroom, however, Bryan is a tough and seasoned advocate.

Bryan’s background in litigation has always provided him with additional insight in the practice of real estate law. Residential real estate closings typically go smoothly, however if issues arise, experience in litigation can be invaluable.

Andreia joined Delaney’s Law Firm as an associate following her call to the bar in May 2020. Andreia completed her articles at Delaney’s Law Firm where she worked with clients closely in all areas of family law, and joined the firm as an associate who specializes in the area of family law. Andreia provides advice and representation on family law issues including custody, access, support and property equalization.

Andreia is a graduate of the University of Ottawa where she earned her Juris Doctor in June 2019. Before studying and practicing law, Andreia completed her B.A. Honours in Criminology with a concentration in Law at Carleton University. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she also devoted her time to helping the youth at the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa.

Rosana Yaworski

Rosana Yaworski

Rosana Yaworski is the real estate clerk at Delaney’s Law Firm. She handles residential real estate purchase closings, real estate sales, mortgage registration and re-finances, liens, title defects, and anything else related to property and the land registry in Ontario.

Rosana excels at dealing with new home buyers who do not have experience with real estate closings in Ottawa. She is responsive and will be there to help plan and coordinate a smooth closing.

Rosana is highly organized and prides herself on getting deals closed on time. Rosana has closed over 1300 deals and knows what she is doing. She is hard working, diligent, and strives to reduce the stress that comes with buying or selling a home. Jason Benwell

Jason Benwell

Jason Benwell works alongside Bryan Delaney His areas of specialization include personal injury, wills and estate administration, and general litigation.

Personal Injury law clerks perform several important functions in personal injury litigation. They will organize and prepare the documents necessary to evaluate the claim. These documents could include expert reports, weather reports, motor vehicle accident reports, hospital records and so on. The number of documents can number in the hundreds and even thousands. The Personal Injury clerk will obtain these documents and keep them organized for the lawyer to employ during the case. The clerks will also drive the file forward by coordinating court dates, mediations, and discoveries. They are the main point of contact for the client and the lawyer.

Jason will also prepare standard wills and powers of attorneys for clients. He is able to effectively guide clients through the estate administration process.
