Alison Boyce – Family and Divorce Lawyer

Ottawa Divorce Lawyer Alison Boyce joined Delaney’s Law Firm as an associate lawyer after completing her articles with a boutique family law firm in Ottawa.   Alison’s practice focuses on family law cases and she is experienced in litigation, negotiation, mediation and dispute resolution.  Alison expertise encompasses the division of family property, child and spousal support, other financial aspects of family law as well as custody and access.  She also has experience advising spouses and lawyers on bankruptcy and family law issues when one of the spouses declares, or threatens to declare, bankruptcy.

Alison’s focuses on achieving what is best for her clients and works hard to build a relationship of trust.  She offers practical legal advice to her clients and makes sure the clients make informed decisions.

In her spare time, you can find Alison hang gliding in the Swiss Alps, surfing in Hawaii, zip lining and snorkeling in Mexico and exploring the ocean floor in the Bahamas. She also has a passion for cooking gourmet meals for family and friends.

PUBLICATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS

Alison co-authored a presentation on Dealing with Experts at the 2015 CCLA Family Law Conference. Alison was also awarded the inaugural Fellowship for the only Legal Ethics and Professionalism speaker series in Canada. She is recognized by her peers for her commitment to the practice of law and has demonstrated a high level of professionalism as a family law lawyer. Additionally, Alison contributed to the leading book titled “Solicitor-Client Privilege” and is acknowledged in the book for her assistance.
